Natalie Page joins us to talk about her experiences on our team so far.
We’re excited to be joined by an up-and-coming star agent, Natalie Page of KI & Associates. We sat down with her to ask some questions about her career and her experiences on the team so far.
They say that most agents are basic, but we know KI & Associates agents are bosses. What makes you a boss?
You have to start with confidence and knowing you can make things happen. Second, you have to take risks. You have to step out on faith and know that sometimes you won’t always win, but you have to fail in order to win. We go out and make things happen no matter how uncomfortable it may make us feel and no matter what the situation and circumstances are. We come from a boss, so we don’t have any choice but to be a boss.
How has your experience been working with Keira?
Awesome. I love it here. I love the atmosphere, everybody is so sweet and welcoming. She gives us all of this information to be a boss for free. Anywhere else, I would have to pay for it or have some type of mentor training. Keira takes her time with us and she comes through and gives us any information that we need. The whole crew is awesome. My experience has been great.

Why would you recommend KI& Associates to a fellow agent?
Because they’re going to hold your hand and not make you feel like any question is a dumb question. You’ll have a lot of support from Keira and from all the other agents. The whole squad is going to support you.
What were some of your business struggles before joining the team?
Stepping out of my comfort zone and believing that I can do certain things. I was in a different profession before. All of that was comfortable for me, but walking into this was something new. I had to believe in myself and step out in order for everything to work out. Keira always lets me know to not be afraid because the time is going to pass whether you're doing it or not. You just have to go out there and get it done.
What has improved most in your business since working with Keira?
Keira has taught me to jump out there and make it happen even if I’m afraid. This is the type of business where you have to put yourself out there no matter what’s going on. If you're afraid to do it, just do it because you never know what the outcome will be.
What would you tell a new agent looking to grow their business?
I would tell them to come grow with Keira at KI & Associates. We make things happen.
