Pre-License Classes
State required courses, that will give you the information needed to take and pass your state and national real estate exams. We offer day, night, and flexible schedule to meet student needs.​
Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires those who want to become a licensed real estate agent to complete 75 hours of pre-license courses that consist of 2 courses (PA Real Estate Fundamentals - 30hrs and PA Real Estate Practice - 45 hours. Once students complete the course they are able to register for the state and national real estate exam. We are approved by the PA Real Estate Commission to provide these required courses.
