We’re back to sit down with another one of our great agents. This time we’re blessed to have Portia Thomas join us, a team leader within KI & Associates. We asked her a few questions about her experiences on the team, what she’s learned, etc.
Most agents are basic, but KI & Associates agents are bosses. What makes you a boss?
I come in and shake the room. If you interact with me, you’re not going to leave the same person. You’re going to be inspired to change your mindset, and I’m going to challenge you. If I’m a boss, that’s going to rub off on you, and you’re going to become a boss.
What were some of your business struggles before joining the team?
My top three struggles were implementing a system, not having an assistant, and confidence. Those are the three things you really need, and Keira was able to walk me through the process to get me there and make sure I increased my transactions. You won’t regret joining us, period.
What improved most since joining KI & Associates?
My mindset. Having that confidence to succeed and putting the systems behind the confidence have allowed my volume and transactions to skyrocket.
What would you tell an up-and-coming agent who is looking to grow in the business?
